Request account deletion
Trader Trainer / Professional Trader Training is developed by Simplethebetter. Google sign-in is optional. If you have signed in, you can request deletion of the app account created through Firebase Authentication.
Send your request
- Email us from the Google email address you used to sign in to Trader Trainer.
- Use the subject Trader Trainer account deletion.
- State that you want your Trader Trainer app account deleted.
If the button does not open your email app, send the request directly to weijieshi2008@gmail.com.
Never send your password, sign-in codes or authentication tokens.
How the request is handled
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, manually delete the matching app account, and reply when the request has been completed. Requests from a different email address may require additional identity verification. We will not delete an account solely on the basis of an email address supplied by someone else.
If you have never signed in to Trader Trainer, there may be no Firebase app account to delete. We will confirm the result of your request rather than claiming to have deleted an account that does not exist.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes the matching Firebase Authentication user record and its associated app sign-in profile information.
Request records and retention
We retain account-deletion request emails and processing records for 90 days after the request is completed, to verify the request and address disputes. We then delete those records. This retention period does not delay deletion of the matching app account.
What it does not remove
- Your Google account is not deleted.
- A Google Play subscription is not automatically canceled. Manage subscriptions separately in Google Play.
- Simulated trading history stored on your device is not erased when you request account deletion.
Remove local training data separately
Use Android Settings → Apps → Trader Trainer → Storage → Clear storage. Android menu labels may vary by device.
Clearing storage permanently removes local trading history and settings. Do not do this if you want to keep them.
For information about Google services and website logs, see our privacy policy. Account deletion does not promise immediate deletion of all provider-held advertising or operational logs.
