Who we are
Trader Trainer is an Android trading-practice app provided by Simplethebetter. For privacy questions, contact weijieshi2008@gmail.com.
Training information on your device
Simulated trade history, training progress, simulated account balances and notes are stored locally on your device. These training records are not described as uploaded to our server. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove local records; device backups and restore behavior depend on your Android settings. Keep any records you need before removing the app.
Optional Google sign-in
Google sign-in is optional and uses Google/Firebase authentication. Identity information may include your Google account email and user ID. It is used for optional account identity and authorized administrative access. Signing in does not itself create a Google Play purchase. Ordinary training and subscription purchases do not require an app account.
Subscriptions and payments
Google Play handles subscriptions and payments. The app does not collect your payment-card details. Purchase status is used to enable paid access and remove advertising. Prices, billing terms and cancellation are managed through Google Play.
Advertising and your choices
The free experience uses Google AdMob. Depending on consent, device settings and SDK configuration, Google advertising services may process advertising or device identifiers, IP addresses, app interactions and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud.
Where available, use the app's privacy-options entry to review or change advertising consent. Android also provides advertising-identifier controls. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads. Google Play subscribers receive an ad-free experience.
Retention, deletion and support
You can remove local app records through Android's app-storage controls. This does not automatically delete information held by Google or cancel a Google Play subscription. To request deletion of your optional Firebase app account and associated sign-in profile, follow our account deletion instructions. We verify the requester and manually delete the matching account. Request emails and processing records are retained for 90 days after completion for verification and dispute handling, then deleted. This does not automatically cancel Google Play subscriptions or remove local trading history. For other privacy or support questions, email us. Do not send payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in support emails.
This informational website
These static pages have no login, payment form, analytics scripts or marketing trackers. The hosting server keeps rotating access and operational logs, which can contain IP addresses, request paths, timestamps and browser information, for operation and security. Website access and operational logs are configured for 30-day retention with automatic daily or size-based rotation. Rotated files older than 30 days are removed during rotation; active files or cleanup timing may cause some entries to remain longer. This website retention setting does not apply to information retained by Google services.
